EstetikPro is more than just an association

EstetikPro is an association for professional cosmeticians who want to be part of a profession built on standards, reputation, and a clear future.
The Professional Association for Wellness and Esthetics EstetikPro is a non-profit organization dedicated to development of professional standards in cosmetics industry and to strengthening the community of professional cosmeticians in Serbia and the Balkans.

It was founded on January 10th, 2014.

We exist because cosmetics industry is developing faster than its common standards, professional connections, and supporting infrastructure. Educational offerings, trends, recommendations, and promises are increasingly abundant on the market. In this wide range of information, it is becoming more and more difficult to distinguish what is relevant from what is superficial, real experience from self-promotion, and a lasting professional standard from a short-lived trend.

For that reason, EstetikPro was not designed as another space with attractive facilities, another training course, or another chat group where information is shared quickly and forgotten even faster. EstetikPro is designed as a safe, competent, and collegial space for professional cosmeticians, a place to share knowledge, experience, and resources, to ask questions without fear of being ridiculed, to have opinions checked against professional standards, and to make safer decisions in everyday practice.

We believe that reputation of a profession cannot be built on individual talent alone. It is shaped through the internal culture of the profession: through standards we set, the way colleagues communicate, by way in which we treat clients, through accountability for our work, and by willingness to share knowledge and resources.

That is why EstetikPro is especially important for professionals who do not wish to grow alone. Whether they work in large cities or small towns, whether they are owners or employees, members of our community gain access to support, senior colleagues, mentors, and a space for professional questions; without pressure, judgment, or unnecessary competitiveness.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide a competent, safe, and collegial space for professional cosmeticians, enabling the exchange of knowledge, experience, and resources, and supporting more clarity, safety, and professional dignity in their work.

Our vision is to make the profession, both in Serbia and across the Balkans, stronger and more visible, shaping it into a field with clearly defined standards, greater mutual trust, and a more stable position in society and on the market.

Milica Ignjatović

Founder and president of EstetikPro, owner of Cosmetology Center Melbi, lecturer at the School of Vocational Health Studies in Zemun;

For Milica, this association is much more than a formal organization. It is a community of people who share the same values, beliefs, and passion for esthetics and continuous progress.

Since its founding 12 years ago, her vision has been to create a safe, supportive, and professional space where esthetics experts can grow, learn, exchange knowledge, and empower one another. EstetikPro grew from the need for togetherness, and over time it became a place of trust – a place where industry standards reach new heights and where personal and professional development are equally valued.

She sees the community as a key to growth, believing that nobody can progress alone. The Association’s most valuable assets are its people, knowledge shared selflessly, support, and a sense of belonging. The greatest rewards are continuity over the years, members’ trust, and collective growth through meetings, travels, and shared successes.

Snežana Šaponja

Cosmetician with 40 years of experience in beauty industry, and successful owner of “Life etc” salon for more than 31 years.

Having witnessed the development of the industry over decades, and now serving as Deputy Chair of EstetikPro, she clearly recognizes the importance of sharing knowledge and resources instead of keeping them within closed circles.

She joined the EstetikPro community with the intention to contribute her experience, support younger colleagues, and actively participate in exchange that creates a sense of professional security for all.

For her, the Association is not only a place of gathering, but a space where the industry can grow on a healthy foundation through trust, openness, and mutual respect. A community gains value not only through the number of its members, but through the people willing to actively contribute, which is exactly what Snežana brings.

Nataša Danilović

Owner of Silhouette Beauty Studio

Nataša Danilović grew up in an entrepreneurial family. Her mother owned one of the first beauty salons in the former Yugoslavia. After completing her studies in management, she took over the family business and now has over 30 years of experience in the industry.

She is a strong supporter of the principle that “only shared knowledge has value” and believes that support among women is invaluable.
For her, EstetikPro is a place where knowledge circulates, support thrives, and female strength takes shape. A place where women work, make mistakes, learn, and grow together while elevating their profession to a higher level.

Bojana Bojka Ćorluka

Cosmetician – specialist in apparatus-based cosmetology, owner of beauty salon “Bojana 24”

Bojana Ćorluka has 35 years of experience in cosmetics industry, and her salon “Bojana 24” has been operating for 25 years.

Behind her are years of work, perseverance, continuous learning, and belief in the profession, even in the most challenging times. Her path led from modest beginnings to a stable and recognizable salon with a clear identity and strong values. Today, she leads a team of ten dedicated associates who bring knowledge, energy, and heart into their daily work.

Her greatest reward, she says, is doing a job she loves. That same enthusiasm is shared with readers of Pančevac magazine, where she has been a columnist for over 12 years.

For her, being part of EstetikPro’s founding assembly embodies a genuine desire to elevate the profession through joint effort, introduce contemporary global trends, and make knowledge and experience accessible to both fresh and seasoned colleagues.

Dajana Drvenica

Cosmetician, owner of beauty salon “SO YOU”

Dajana Drvenica is a cosmetician with 36 years of rich professional experience across various fields of beauty industry that require a high level of competence and responsibility.

As a member of EstetikPro’s managing board, she strongly believes that community is the cornerstone of every profession’s development. For her, “association” is a formal term for “companionship”. Together we have more knowledge, more experience, and greater capacity to contribute to the development and reputation of our profession.

In her view, joint representation, exchange of experience, continuous learning and mutual support are the driving forces of a profession that aims to progress and remain relevant. For her, community brings motivation to learn, explore, exchange experience, and stay connected.

Mirjana Petković

Professional cosmetician, importer of cosmetics brands

Mirjana has 33 years of experience as a cosmetician and over 20 years of experience as a regional distributor of professional cosmetics.
For her, EstetikPro is a professional home where her extensive experience reaches its full potential through active contribution to development of the profession.
