Association “EstetikPro” elected a new Managing Board, composed of representatives from leading beauty salons and cosmetology businesses. The new board will focus on implementing our strategy, “Every Member Grows in a Healthy Community,” aimed at positioning regional beauty industry on the global stage through synergy of professional estheticians and salon owners.

The Managing Board consists of seven members:

  • Milica Ignjatović, founder and president of EstetikPro, owner of Cosmetology Center Melbi, and lecturer at the School of Vocational Health Studies in Zemun;
  • Snežana Šaponja, Deputy Chair of the Managing Board, cosmetician, and owner of “Life etc” salon;
  • Nataša Danilović, Vice President of the Managing Board and owner of Silhouette Beauty Studio;
  • Bojana Bojka Ćorluka, cosmetician, specialist in apparatus-based cosmetology, and owner of beauty salon “Bojana 24”;

  • Mirjana Petković, cosmetician, importer, and distributor of the Biodroga brand;
  • Maja Srdanov, cosmetician and owner of beauty salon “Kneginja.”

Managing Board members bring experience from key areas of the beauty industry, enabling the Association to pursue its goals through stronger connections between education, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Their professional expertise in business development, industry practices, and innovation further strengthens implementation of the Association’s action plans.

“Association ‘EstetikPro’ is much more than a formal organization. It is a community of people who share the same values, beliefs, and passion for esthetics and continuous progress. Since our founding 12 years ago, we have worked to create a safe, supportive, and professional environment where esthetics experts can grow, learn, exchange knowledge, and empower one another. EstetikPro was created from the need for togetherness, and over time it has become a place of trust, a place where industry standards are elevated and where both personal and professional development are nurtured.
I see community as the foundation of growth, because I do not believe anyone can truly progress alone. The Association’s greatest value lies in its people, shared knowledge, mutual support, and sense of belonging. The greatest rewards are our continuity, the trust of our members, and the growth we achieve together through meetings, travels, and shared successes”, says Milica Ignjatović, founder and president of EstetikPro, owner of Cosmetology Center Melbi, and lecturer at the School of Vocational Health Studies in Zemun.

“I joined the EstetikPro community with a strong belief that meaningful change is possible only through collective action. I believe it is the responsibility of today’s professionals to contribute to development of the profession through knowledge and experience. Nnot only for the present moment, but also for future generations of cosmeticians”, says Snežana Šaponja, Deputy Chair of the Managing Board, cosmetician, and owner of “Life etc” salon.

“I strongly believe in the idea that only shared knowledge has true value, and that support among women is invaluable. To me, EstetikPro is a place where knowledge circulates, support grows, and female strength takes shape. It is a place where women work, make mistakes, learn, and grow together while elevating the profession to a higher level”, says Nataša Danilović, Vice President of the Managing Board.

Our four-year strategy, “Every Member Grows in a Healthy Community,” is dedicated to advancing the profession and strengthening global positioning of beauty experts from the Balkans. Through educational programs, regional and international cooperation, development of business skills, and application of the latest pharmaceutical and cosmetology innovations, the strategy aims to ensure greater international visibility and competitiveness for professionals from our region.

Association’s key initiatives are supported by more than 150 cosmetology salons that are members of EstetikPro. During its first year, the new Managing Board will focus on development of young esthetics professionals, expansion of network of members and further strengthening of beauty industry’s image across the Balkans.
